Welcome to Black Label Fighting, Colchester’s only dedicated Fighting & Fitness facility specializing in Muay Thai, K1, MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling. We at Black Label Fighting are dedicated to teaching, motivating and nurturing our members to become fitter, stronger and more confident by surrounding them with our top class instructors and facilities. Attitude and ego are not tolerated so leave it at the door.

Black Label Fighting is open to all the public, from children looking to boost confidence and learn new skills to adults wanting to shape up and get fit. Experienced fighters and complete beginners alike will all have a great experience here - not everyone is a professional fighter but you will be treated like one with expert tuition on the mat and in the gym.

Over the years our instructors have trained, sweated and sparred with some of the best teams in the world so they can now bring you all that experience into each and every training session.

The gym boasts experience from all over the world including Super Pro Samui Thailand; Mejiro & Mike’s Gym in Holland; Gracie Barra & Chute Boxe in Brazil; f2 fight Team & American Top Team in America.

Every member is part of the BLF global family which boasts top fighters such as Tyrone Spong, Hesdy Gerges , Chris Ngimbi and Chahid Oulad El Hadj

There is always a variety of competitions that our members participate in from local inter-clubs to national and international shows so if you would like to compete ask your instructor to see if you are ready or what training you need in order to fight. Whenever a fighter steps onto the mat or into the ring representing BLF there is always the full support from all the trainers at the gym and a great following from the members. When you fight; we all fight.
